At Savasalang, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our custom apparel. Because our products are tailored specifically to your unique measurements and style choices, our refund policy is strictly structured to reflect the nature of custom manufacturing.
1. Custom Orders
Strict No-Refund Policy: Once a custom order has been accepted and has entered the production phase, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason.

Why? Custom garments are made to your specific body measurements and design preferences. They cannot be restocked or resold to another customer.

Measurement Responsibility: We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Please double-check your measurements using our guide before submitting your order.
2. Store Products (Ready-to-Wear)
For items purchased from our standard, non-custom stock:

Defects Only: Returns and refunds are only accepted if the product has a verifiable manufacturing defect (e.g., structural sewing failure or material flaws).

Exclusions: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind," style preference, or ordering the incorrect standard size.
3. Shipping & Delivery Damages
We want your order to arrive in perfect condition, but once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Carrier Liability: Savasalang does not bear responsibility for items damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. * Claims: If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos immediately and file a claim with the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).

International Shipments: We are not responsible for packages held or seized by customs, nor for any delays caused by international postal services.
4. How to Report a Defect
If you believe your item (Store Product or Custom Order) has a genuine manufacturing defect:

Provide Evidence: Include your order number and clear, high-resolution photographs of the defect.

Evaluation: We will review your claim. If a manufacturing error is verified, we will, at our discretion, offer to repair the item, replace it, or issue a refund.
5. Return Shipping

In the event of a verified manufacturing defect, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
